Question:
How can I restore my CUP2A to its factory defaults?
Answer:
Hard Resetting returns the CUP2A to the original factory default settings. All user changes, saved Favorites, and user recorded songs will be erased. There are two available methods to reset:
Settings Menu Method:

Press the Settings button until the display reads: HARD RESET? |

Press the Next+ button once. The screen will display: CONFIRM? |

Press the Next+ button again to confirm and reset the CUP2A. |
(Alternatively, to cancel the reset, press the Previous- button, then press any other button to exit Settings Mode).
Power Up Method:
- Hold the C8 piano key down while switching on the power.
- Continue to hold C8 down until you see “RESETTING” (scrolling) in the display then release.
