Troubleshooting

Question:
How can I restore my V110/ V150 to its factory defaults?

Answer:

  1. turn the unit on
  2. while the display says "Please Wait", press and release the Demo button
  3. press the right arrow button untill the display says "Hard RESET"
  4. press Enter
  5. press the button under "Yes" in the display to confirm

The unit is now reset.
