Troubleshooting

Question:
Where can I download the PC Suite software?

Answer:

The PC Suite software is actually not available. The material in the manual regarding this is outdated and something we are in the process of updating. Apologies for any confusion.

As such there is no way to transfer user data files to/from a computer directly. You can of course still connect to a Mac/PC via USB and send/receive MIDI but no data saving/loading options via USB cable exist. The only means to store/recall user data externally is via SD card (KA110 model only).

Question:
What are the steps to reset the KA110 back to its factory default settings?

Answer:

Caution: Hard resetting will erase all user memory including Songs, Styles and Register Memories! Need be, back up any user data to the SD card before proceeding.

Procedure:

1. Start with the KA110 powered OFF.

2. Press and hold the [+/YES] and [-/NO] buttons together:

3. While keeping [+/YES] and [-/NO] depressed, turn the KA110 power on:

The KA110 LCD will display the power-on logo about 8 seconds. Following, the KA110 will start up normally and be restored to factory default settings.
