Question:
How can I restore my ExpressionMate to the factory defaults?

Answer:

Need be before proceeding, back up any custom data via sys-ex as hard resetting will clear all user memory/settings. See the ExpressionMate User Guide for details.

    1. Start with the unit turned Off
    2. Hold the "Store" button while turning the unit On

The following will be displayed on screen:

      RESTORE DEFAULTS 
      YES           NO
  1. Press [Yes] at the Restore Defaults prompt to erase all memory and reset the ExpressionMate to its factory default settings
