How can I restore my EG20 (900 MX) to its factory defaults?

Answer:

To hard reset an EG20 (900 MX) do the following:

Start with power off.
EG20: Press and hold down any one of the buttons immediately to the left of the screenor
900 MX: Press and hold down any one of the buttons immediately to the right of the screen
Power the unit on

The unit is now reset.
