Question:
How can I restore my EP300 to the factory defaults?

Answer:

  1. Start with the unit turned Off
  2. Hold the "Dynamic Piano" button while turning the unit On

The unit is now reset.

Question:
How can I restore my EP400 to the factory defaults? (hard reset)

Answer:

  1. Start with the unit turned Off
  2. Hold the "A.Bass and Drum Set" button while turning the unit On

The unit is now reset.

Question:
How can I restore my EP500 to the factory defaults?

Answer:

  1. Start with the unit turned Off
  2. Hold the "Chorus E Piano" button and turn the unit On
  3. Now turn the unit Off again
  4. Hold the "Bright Piano" button and turn the unit On

The unit is now reset.
